Deve trovare qualcuno che continui la sua opera. Ha bisogno di un sostituto. Questo misterioso uomo rivelerà, in seguito, che l'areo non è caduto casualmente in quel luogo. Non è stato un incidente. Tutto era stato pianificato perchè, il misterioso uomo, potesse - tra i passaggeri dell'aereo - trovare un degno sostituto. Tra i vari candidati il misterioso uomo individua il suo sostituto. Ma il cosiddetto sostituto non sembra comprendere l'importanza di quel ruolo. Alcuni sostengono che tutta questa faccenda, "il proteggere" questo luogo, sia una bugia, una storia senza senso. Così almeno accade nel racconto. Stessa sorte di salvezza anche per Desmond? Lo vedremo prossimamente ma credo che la risposta sia: sì.
Anche in questo caso niente di nuovo sotto il sole ma ... comprendiamo, tramite l'elemento conosciuto (il racconto), che il pendolo e il pozzo in realtà rappresentano un passaggio obbligato per la salvezza di tutto quanto sia caro a Desmond.

Premetto che questo post e’ scaturito da un video fatto dal programma le Iene (per vedere il video clicca qui ) e dall'esperienza avuta nel comprare prodotti che a volte hanno un'assistenza quasi inesistente sul territorio, e allora che fare in caso di malfunzionamento?
Analizziamo la NUOVA LEGGE entrata in vigore l'8 marzo 2002, in modo che chiunque possa far valere i propri diritti, dopo aver acquistato un prodotto coperto da garanzia; in sintesi cosa dice la legge :…………………… . La garanzia minima è di 2 anni (24 mesi) per i difetti di conformità (malfunzionamento, dovuto ad un difetto pre-esistente nel bene già al momento dell'acquisto, quindi non dovuto a danneggiamento o manomissione da parte del cliente)

La garanzia deve essere corrisposta da chi ha venduto la merce (il rivenditore) Il rivenditore è tenuto in prima persona ad occuparsi della garanzia del prodotto : può indirizzare il cliente al centro di assistenza del produttore solo quando ciò non comporti sacrifici maggiori in termini di spesa e di tempo per il cliente.
